Ugh, my stomach is going wacky tonight. I feel bloated, keep drinking water to try to settle myself.
I made my yummy baked french toast tonight with apples and raisins, but this time, I topped it with warm blueberries cooked in sugar. At first, it didn’t taste very sweet, but by the end of my plate, it was getting very sweet.

An hour later, my stomach still felt full. And now, 4 hours later, I’m still very unsettled.
It’s good because I now know that my body is not used to sugar like before. It’s a good thing to feel this way!
