One Pot Chili

Easy one pot chili

I just threw a bunch of ingredients into my 2 qt cast iron pot:

  • 1/2 pound raw 93% ground beef
  • 1/2 (large) can of Bush baked beans (leftover from the other night)
  • lg can of San Marzano tomatoes
  • Leftover sauteed onions and fennel
  • bunch o’ spices/herbs/peppers

I let it simmer in my counter-top oven for about 2.5 hours at about 250°
Making some homemade guacamole to go with it too.
