I feel like I am coming down with a cold. Trying to just relax and take it easy during this long weekend. But I just feel hungry or bored or something. I just want to eat for some reason. Could be PMS or could be that my throat feels better when I m eating.
Anyway, I just figured I would write, I need to stay focused! I don’t want to stray too far away from my goals!
Thankfully I am making good food choices at least and I have a high calorie reserve. Last snack a few minutes ago was celery with a little bit of peanut butter.
I am a little over my total calories of 1500 today but it’s ok. Hmm I need to pull myself out of this. I don’t want to revert backwards!!!!
