Omg. I haven’t even had dinner yet and I only have 129 calories left for my day! What’s wrong!!! ???
I made a loaf of wheat/white bread and of course I had a huge hunk! I had to add olivio spread on it too!
The good news us I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 169.4!!! I think I am trying to sabotage myself!!!
Okay I feel a little better. I didn’t eat the whole hunk o’ bread. I gave a big piece of it to my DH.
ETA: I changed my goals over at myfitnesspal.com to 1/2 pound weekly loss again. It’ll give me 1740 daily calories and it should be much easier to stick to it.
