It hit home for me too! Words can be so powerful! I love it when they speak to us, and we let them :-) I was sitting there that morning wishing I could change my only sibling. Thinking of "how much better things would be if only I could make him change, make others change"...in retrospect that is a really silly thought, huh. I can't spend my life wishing and waiting on others to change. I read that and I realized I truly needed to start with myself! That if I recognized my own power to change, and then added follow through, maybe a bit of friendly accountability, some inspiration...how far could I go...the possibilities became endless!
