I was sitting there that morning wishing I could change my only sibling.  Thinking of &quot;how much better things would be if only I could make him change, make others change&quot;...in retrospect that is a really silly thought, huh.  I can&#039;t spend my life wishing and waiting on others to change.  I read that and I realized I truly needed to start with myself!  That if I recognized my own power to change, and then added follow through, maybe a bit of friendly accountability, some inspiration...how far could I go...the possibilities became endless!</description>
